How to Upgrade Your Account

Upgrading your account is easy! This is for the Individual Premium (Polar +) subscription. For schools and district accounts, click here.

Pre-Login

1. Click Pricing
2. Choose if you'd like a Monthly or Annual plan. Click Buy Now ➡
3. Sign in with the account you'd like to upgrade
4. Enter your payment information
5. Enjoy the advanced features for your 3D printers!

Post-Login

If you've already signed in, you have a few options to reach the pricing and upgrade page.

Account Dropdown

Click your name in the top right, then choose Upgrade now. You'll be taken to the Billing page, where you can see your current plan and change plans or subscribe to the upgraded plan.

By Trying to Access a Premium Feature

If you're trying to:

• Access your Timelapse Videos
• Access Printer History
• Turn on SMS Notifications
• Use the Premium Slicer
• Use the Estimator
• Or any other premium feature..

Then this popup will show up. Clicking "View premium features" will redirect you to the Pricing page, and allow you to upgrade your account access.
