Introduction

Your Polar Cloud account comes with different levels of access depending on whether you’re an individual, part of a school, or an enterprise. The Billing Portal is where you can see your account type, check who provides your access, and manage subscription details like free trials, renewals, or upgrades.


How to Access the Billing Portal

  1. Log in to your Polar Cloud account.

  2. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

This will open the Billing Portal, where your account details are displayed.


What You’ll See

For Individual / Hobbyist Accounts

  • Your current subscription plan (Free or Premium).

  • Billing details, renewal dates, and options to upgrade or cancel.

For Schools

  • Whether your school is in a Free Trial, and when it expires.

  • Option to Start a Free Trial if one hasn’t been activated yet.

  • Option to Request a Quote to upgrade or renew a full site license.

For Districts & Enterprises

  • Your access type (District license or Enterprise license).

  • Confirmation of which organization provides your subscription.

  • A direct link to contact your account administrator for changes.


Contacting the Accounting Team

If you have questions about billing, renewal, or account type:

  • Open the Billing Portal.

  • Scroll down to the support section.

  • Click Questions? Contact Accounting to send us your request.

Our accounting team can help with invoices, quotes, or any account adjustments you need.


Why Check the Billing Portal?

  • To confirm if you’re on a trial, premium, or organization license.

  • To know who provides and manages your access.

  • To manage upgrades, renewals, or cancellations.

  • To get direct support if something doesn’t look right.
