Find Your Adventurer's Polar Cloud Serial Number

If you think you've properly connected your printer to the Polar Cloud, check first to see that there is our logo in the topbar of the printer. If this is shown, the printer is properly connected. There are no exceptions.
As printers get traded or bought and sold, the transition from one owner to the next can make this part challenging. It may be connected to the old owner's account, even though you've entered your own Email and PIN.

Our team can help you troubleshoot this! Just click the Printer Info button from the home page (#2 above) and see what the Polar Cloud Serial Number is. Provide this information to our support team and they will help make sure you have access to the printer.
