This article gives you a quick overview of what’s included, how to confirm your subscription, and where to find your new features.
What’s Included with Premium
With your plan, you now have access to:
Unlimited Printers – Add and manage as many printers as you want, with no limits.
Full Print History + Requeue – Quickly re-run successful jobs from your job history.
Timelapse Videos – Automatic video captures of your prints in action.
SMS Notifications – Get real-time text updates when your jobs start, finish, or need attention.
Advanced Slicing Settings – Fine-tune every detail of your print with professional-grade slicer controls.
How to Confirm You’re Premium
Log in to your Polar Cloud account.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
See if the top portion shows "Free Account" or an upgraded plan.
Under Subscription, you’ll see your current plan status, and any organizational accounts that might share access with you.
If you don’t see “Subscription Active,” double-check your billing or contact support.
Where to Find Your Premium Features
Printers: Add new printers from the Printers menu and manage them without limits.
Jobs: Access your full print history, and requeue prints directly from job details.
Objects: Slice with Advanced Settings when preparing an object for print.
Notifications: Set up SMS alerts in your Account Settings.
Timelapses: Watch recorded videos inside each print job’s details.
Estimator: Get detailed estimates for any object or gcode, before you print.
