When should you create a school?

Setting up a school on the Polar Cloud (rather than a group, or inviting individuals to access each printer directly) is the best way to:

1. Keep track of everything that's happening.
2. Maintain complete control over who can access your printers, and how they access them.
3. Help your students grow into larger roles with more printing responsibility.
4. Share the added features of an activated school license with all of your users.
5. Bring in other interested teachers that want to use the school's printers for a project.
6. Manage your printing workflows.
