Billing Portal & Checking Your Access Type
Outline
Managing your school's site license and billing plan is easy. Make sure you are School Admin, and go to:
- School Dashboard
- Settings
- Site / Account Status
On this page, you'll see:
- Your school's subscription status, whether you are active, in a free trial, or locked.
- When your site license access ends. All premium features will be turned off, Experienced Students and Student Managers will be demoted, and your school will revert to a free school, with access to a single printer.
- Options to renew early, update your payment method, and more.
