Pricing & Billing FAQ

  • We need to add Polar3D Inc. as one of our official vendors. Does your company have an official tax free form to submit?

    • Please send your vendor approval package to accounting@polar3d.com. Our team will fill it out and send it back to you as soon as possible.
  • Only some schools in our district use 3D printing. Would we still benefit from the District-Wide License?

    • Yes! The district license allows the District to standardize and empower more of its educators and students. Even if 3D printers are only available at the HS and JHS, the elementary students can learn about 3D modeling and printing via the Polar Cloud, create their own designs and can "send" their print requests via the Polar Cloud to the HS or JHS. Surely, some of those younger learners will take advantage of that access, will be more engaged in STEM as they enter JHS and HS.
  • Our school's license is set to charge a credit card, but we want to use Purchase Order. How can we change to pay via Quote and PO?

    • Our accounting team will turn off renewal, remove the credit card as a payment method, and send you a quote for PO. Please email accounting@polar3d.com.
