Nozzle is Too Close on Adventurer 5M (Damaging Plate)
Outline
We've worked with some users recently that have had their nozzle dragging along the PEI textured sheet, damaging it.
This usually just means the initial calibration (if done at all) was bad. Luckily, all of these cases have been remedied by simply re-running it!
After that, if you need to buy a new plate, PartsBuilt stocks several variants. If you're in Education, you probably don't need the 3rd one, listed for PC/ABS/ASA, which are engineering filaments.
