Minimum Setup Required for Viability

Disclaimer: The Free Trial is on the SCHOOL account. The DISTRICT can only be created by a Polar Cloud Administrator during your District's onboarding.
Once you've decided to start your Free Trial, there are certain things you'll need to complete before you're ready to print, and getting the most out of it. Your cloud's account is comprised of several things, which you must connect/add:
Required:
- Printer(s)
- One School Admin
- One or more Teacher
Optional:
These user types can be added, but are optional! It is entirely based on your desired workflow, and the level of permission you plan to assign to your users.
- Student Managers
- Experienced Students
- Students
The first-time setup of the Polar Cloud is required to make sure you are understanding the power of Cloud printing and what efficiencies it can unlock for your school district.
