Setting up a school on the Polar Cloud (rather than a group, or inviting individuals to access each printer directly) is the best way to:

- Maintain complete control over who can access your printers, and how they access them.
- Help your students grow into larger roles with more printing responsibility.
- Share the added features of an activated school license with all of your users.
- Bring in other interested teachers that want to use the school's printers for a project.
